2013 The Oscillation

"I often think that the oscillation is the root of the universe. The principle of sound is atmospheric waves. Earthquakes move in the form of pendular movement, and even the human heart beats as an oscillation. As an extension on the line of this thought process, I attached a vibration motor to a computer mouse to visually express the intricate lines of electric oscillations."

"가끔 나는 진동이 우주의 근원이라는 생각을 한다. 소리의 원리는 공기의 파장이며, 지진은 진자운동의 형태로 움직이며, 심지어 인간의 심장 또한 진동을 한다. 이러한 생각들의 연장으로 진동을 시각적으로 표현하고 싶어 마우스에 진동모터를 달았더니, 전기진동의 형태의 복잡한 선을 그릴 수 있었다."
